Jordan PM Abdullah EnsourSeven new government ministers were sworn in on Monday by Jordan's King Abdullah II after Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour announced a cabinet reshuffle.

The reshuffle included the ministers of education; labor; energy; planning; industry and trade; tourism and antiquities; and higher education.

Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh maintained his post, while also being promoted to deputy prime minister.

Jordan's 18-minister government was formed on March 30 of 2013.

Monday's reshuffle added a new ministry to the cabinet by dividing the labor, tourism and antiquities portfolio into two separate ministries.

Ensour was first appointed prime minister in late 2012. In March of 2013, he was reappointed as premier.
