Our Great Martyrs...Hallmark of Victory: Khaled Abdullah (Video)

A smile straight from Heaven onto the heart…

Martyr Khaled Ali Abdullah

Khaled Abdullah was born on the 1st of January, 1970 in the Bekaa village of Qelia.

His father chose to name him “Khaled” after being influenced by the Egyptian Leader President Jamal Abdul Nasser who was known as “Abu khaled”, and whose death concurred with martyr Khaled’s birth.

Khaled was raised in his village. As a little boy, he used to wake up early in the morning with his father, the farmer, go with him to the field, and help him.  After work, he used to go out hunting with his childhood friend martyr Fidaa Mady.

Khaled went to school in Mashghara after his family was driven out of its house due to the Israeli occupation that made Qelia a very dangerous town to live in.

In Mashghara, Khaled met the late leader in the Islamic Resistance Martyr Abu Hasan Bjaiji, who introduced him to religious knowledge and duties.

He was deeply influenced by Martyr Bjaiji’s leadership appeal.

Khaled specialized and excelled in Electrical Engineering and received his Technical Baccalaureate certificate in 1990.

The martyr had unique spirituality. He started to attend the mosque persistently as soon as he started performing his prayers. He further had a special relation with the prophet’s household (pbut), as he used to dream of them very frequently; this had strengthened his belief  that he will be on the right path of Imam Hussein (as).

Martyr khaled had a very calm personality and a smile that left an impact on everyone who knew him.

His relation with his family was based on respect, and his wisdom used to play a major role in reconciling between clashing parts.

As for his personal interest, Khaled used to spend his free times fishing or hunting Quail birds.

He formed a scouts group in Mashghara and transferred to its members the teachings that he had received from his Leader Martyr Bjaiji.

He became their courteous leader who highly influenced his students.
