Syrian Army Destroys ISIL Convoy, 2 Car Bombs in Deir Ezzor

The Syrian army continued it anti-terrorist campaign across the country, inflicting heavy losses upon the militant groups.

Aleppo

Al-Manar reporter said that the Syrian army destroyed a tank belonging to terrorists and killed all crew members by a guided missile fired at the environs of Mansoura town, west of teh province.

"The Syrian army fought off attack by militants against Family House building and Air Defense Batallion west of Aleppo, leaving attackers killed or wounded."     

Al-Manar reporter noted that Syrian air force targeted and directly hit militants' assembly points in Hreitan, Hayan and Bayanoun in the province's northern countryside.     

Clashes erupted between "Popular Defense Committees - Kurds" and the armed groups in Kafer-Khasher north-east of Menagh town in northern rural Aleppo, according to Al-Manar reporter.

According to Al-Manar reporter, the armed groups stationed south of liberated Al-Zahraa town fired several projectiles at residential neighborhoods in Nubbul city in northern Aleppo countryside.   

Deir Ezzor

The Syrian Army units destroyed two car bombs for ISIL terrorists before they managed to reach military posts on the outskirts of al-Bgheiliyeh village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor province, field sources told SANA on Friday.

Other army units destroyed a ISIL convoy of vehicles, some of which equipped with heavy machineguns, on the road linking al-Jneineh with Mheimida in the same countryside.

Hasakah

The Kurdish fighters controlled al-Shadady town, ISIL stronghold, in Hasakah southern countryside, according to media reports.
