Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation urges on Wednesday all political sides in Egypt to engage in dialogue.
Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, secretary general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), said that all political sides in Egypt should come together and discuss the crisis in the country without putting any preconditions for settlement talks.
Speaking to the Turkish Anadolu news agency, Ihsanoglu said the OIC had been calling for political dialogue and building consensus between the sides from the very beginning of the crisis in Egypt.
Ihsanoglu expressed hope that sides commit themselves to constructive talks before the incident got even worse.
