Lebanese Speaker Nabih Berri postponed Tuesday the parliament Legislative session due to lack of quorum.

September 23 will be the date of the fifth session after four adjournments over the same reason.

A number of MP's had attended the session, including Ali Ammar, Marawan Fares, Akram Chehayeb and others before it was adjourned.
