An official source told SANA that army units continued to pursue the armed groups in Barzeh neighborhood and killed numbers of their members south of Tishreen Hospital and in Tallet al-Mistah. Mahmoud Fawwaz al-Dalati was identified among the dead terrorists.
The source added that members of an armed terrorist group were killed near al-Thanawiah roundabout and CARS automobile company in Harasta city. Hamza Fadloun and Ghassan Mohammad al-Habboush were identified among the dead terrorists.

The source pointed out that an army unit pursued terrorists in al-Mleiha town and killed a number of its members, among them Adnan al-Harastani and Hassan Hirrah, indicating that Ahmad Ali Khabiyya, a leader of a terrorist group, was killed along with a number of his group's members in Erbin town.
In Douma, a qualitative army operation against a terrorists' den in al-Shifounieh town left terrorists from the so-called 'Liwa al-Islam (Islam Brigade)' killed and their weapons and ammunition destroyed, among them Mohammad Awad and Ahmad Salah al-Hindi.

The source added that army units killed terrorists affiliated to al-Qaeda and Jabhat al-Nusra in Damascus southern countryside. Rabea Hassan Dergham, a Palestinian, Yehia Tayyara and Maamoun al-Nomairy were identified among the dead terrorists in al-Ziabiah town.
Weapons and ammunition loaded in a car were destroyed in al-Huseinieh town. Mohammad Ibrahim Tillawi, a leader of a terrorist group affiliated to the so-called ''The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant'' was identified among the dead.
In Hijjera town, an army unit killed in a series of operations a number of terrorists, among them the Jordanian Imad Mohammad Khalousi, leader of a group affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra, Lattouf al-Samahi and Jihad al-Awar.
