Syrian President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday the decree No. 310 of 2013 to reshuffle Wael al-Halqi's cabinet, state-run news agency reported.

The decree provides for the following figures:

-Dr. Qadri Jamil: Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs
-Dr. Malek Ali: Minister of Higher Education
-Dr. Khodr Orfali: Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade
-Kamal Eddin Touma: Minister of Industry
-Samir Izzat Kadi Amin: Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection
-Bisher Riyad Yazigi: Minister of Tourism
-Dr. Hasseb Elias Shammas: Minister of State, replacing Najm Eddin Khreit.
