"A car bomb, parked near Assa'doun police headquarters in Betaween neighborhood-central Baghdad, killed one person and injured six others," a police officer said.
In Tuz Khurmato district, northern Baghdad, the Commissioner said that "two people, including a child, were killed and 30 others were wounded in a suicide car bomb attack which targeted Ahmad neighborhood amid the district."
"The majority of the wounded were women and children," he added.
A bomb explosion targeted a military patrol in Tanak neighborhood, western Mosul, injuring four soldiers.
