The same demonstration was also called for by the major national opposition forces in the kingdom to be held on September 27.

In a statement, the group said it is working with a cool mind to produce the second round of escalating the peaceful actions in Bahrain.

"We also reiterate our refusal to respect the laws restricting freedom of opinion and expression imposed by the illegal authorities," the statement read.

Tamarrod also stressed the people's right to rule themselves, and that loser whom who believes in using that the logic of monopoly power, silencing the popular will and thinking of any possibility to keep on confiscating the people's rights.

"Peaceful protests will continue, and Tamarrod is here to stay," the statement concluded.
