The delegation was composed of the Higher Relief Council's Secretary General, Brigadier Ibrahim Bashir, the International Criminal Advisor and the Human Identity Expert Dr. Fouad Ayoub, Consul Maher Kheir from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Capt. Hussein Rahal from the General Directorate of General Security and others.
