The Israeli Jal al-Alam spy site, off Naqoura, was developed and provided with modern equipments which enable it to spy, transfer, eavesdrop, shoot, warn, disrupt, and store data.

The Israeli site that was destroyed by the Islamic Resistance in 2006 was rebuilt and modernized.

In addition to this site, the Israelis have developed a number of spying sites along the Palestinian-Lebanese borders to spy on all the Lebanese cellular and landline communication networks.
