Rifaat Eid, a leading member of the Arab Democratic Party, accused the Information branch of the Internal Security Forces of backing the "intelligence plot" that was being prepared to strike the civil peace in Lebanon.

Eid considered, during a press conference, that the accusations has become a sedition project and shedding the blood of a whole sect.

"All the file is fabricated," he added, "The minister of justice and the judiciary must reveal the truth and put an end to the case."

“We will never go to the Information branch of the ISF for questioning,” Rifaat Eid asserted.

"We abide by law and trust the army as well the military intelligence."

Eid called on Tripoli residents to shun all the plots that aim at striking the civil peace in it.
