The Syrian army eliminated armed terrorist groups, some members of which belong to al-Nusra Front, destroying their weapons and ammunition in Daraa.
An official source said that an army unit killed members of an armed terrorist group in al-Manshiyeh neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad, adding that Jordanian terrorist Omran Tamimi, nicknamed 'Abi al-Baraa' was among the killed terrorists.
A military source said that terrorists' gatherings and dens were destroyed in al-Hammadin neighborhood, al-Mokhaiyam and the villages of Tafas, Nawa and Izra with all weapons and ammunition inside.
The source pointed out that an army unit destroyed a Pickup loaded with weapons and ammunition in Atman town, killing the terrorist Zakariya Younes al-Subeihi.
The Syrian military also discovered two tunnels, the first tunnel is 70m length and the second tunnel is 150m length in the farms and groves to the south of Tishreen Hospital in Barzeh, eliminating armed terrorist groups in the neighborhood.
The tunnels were used by terrorists in moving and storing weapons and ammunition.
