Iran reiterated that the terrorist acts can no way undermine Tehran’s support for the Islamic resistance movement in Lebanon.

The secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani strongly condemned the twin bomb blasts that hit the Lebanese capital earlier today, and reiterated that such terrorist acts can no way undermine Tehran's support for the Islamic resistance movement in Lebanon.

“These attempts will leave no (negative) impact on the course of Iran's continued support for the Islamic resistance movement,” Shamkhani said in a meeting with Syrian Ambassador to Tehran Adnan Mahmoud on Tuesday.

Shamkhani reiterated that these terrorist acts show how desperate Israel and the terrorist groups working in line with the interests of the Zionist regime in the region feel.
