Italian Prime Minister, Enrico Letta, is scheduled to visit Lebanon tomorrow Friday for talks with the top Lebanese officials, as announced by the Italian embassy in Beirut Thursday.
Italian Prime Minister, Enrico Letta, is scheduled to visit Lebanon tomorrow Friday for talks with the top Lebanese officials, as announced by the Italian embassy in Beirut Thursday.
Letta will be meeting with the President of the Republic Michel Sleiman, House Speaker Nabih Berri, and caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati.
He will also head to the South to inspect the Italian contingent operating within the UNIFIL and meet with peacekeepers'' commander, General Paolo Serra.
His schedule besides include visits to a number of displaced Syrian families.
Letta will leave on Saturday.
