A roadside bomb has killed three soldiers of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps on Wednesday in Saravan city, Mehr news agency reported.

"Three IRGC staffs were martyred by a roadside bomb in the path of IRGC construction workers in border city of Saravan," the political and security aid of Sistan and Baluchistan governor Rajabali Sheikhzadeh said.

“The automobile carrying IRGC construction workers was moving to the project place when it was struck by a roadside bomb and three IRGC engineers were martyred,” he added without elaborating further.

“As soon as we find additional information and find the perpetrators, we will inform the media,” he noted.
