Al-Manar correspondent reported that the blast was near the city’s Serail, adding that ambulances rushed to the site.

The correspondent noted that the explosion took place as the citizens were heading to the Serail to finalize their applications there.

According to the toll, the correspondent reported that up till now there are 4 martyrs and more than 20 people injured.

The security sources said that the bombing was suicide, without adding information about the identity of the culprit.

A military experts said on Thursday that the suicide bomb which shook Hermel earlier this morning weighs at least 35 KGs, NNA.

The Kia car which exploded on Thursday morning in Hermel holds a fake plate number and was stolen, according to NNA.
