A South Korean trade agency employee has been kidnapped by four unknown assailants in Libya, the country’s Foreign Ministry announced.

Han Seok-woo, the head of the Libya unit of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) was kidnapped in the early hours of Monday morning as he was returning home after his work at the trade office in Tripoli.
