The Lebanese army and the UN troops deployed in the area without being able to face the violation as the Israeli side insisted on removing the devices via just the Zionist soldiers.

The UN troops (UNIFIL) sponsored an agreement between the Lebanese and the Israeli sides, according to which the Lebanese army does not face the Israeli soldiers violate the Lebanese territories to remove the surveillance devices.
 
The step sets a dangerous precedent because it witnessed an Israeli terrestrial violation amid Lebanese inability to confront it.
