Former Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri revealed Monday he would return to Lebanon for November’s legislative elections, adding that he hoped to become premier again.

Former Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri revealed Monday he would return to Lebanon for November's legislative elections, adding that he hoped to become premier again.

"I will return to Lebanon for the elections and will one day become prime minister," Hariri, who has been in France since 2011, said.
