The Syrian community in Geneva on Friday organized a rally in front of the UN's headquarter in the city to support Syria's official delegation taking part in Geneva II conference and to reject any foreign intervention in the country's internal affairs, SANA news agency reported.
Participants, including members of Syrian communities in Europe, along with Arab and foreign figures who support Syria, saluted the Arab Republic, its army and President, raising national flags and photos of President Bashar al-Assad.
They expressed confidence in the delegation and its ability to convey aspirations of the Syrian people, as well as in combating terrorism and preserving Syria's sovereignty and the independence of its national decision.
Earlier on Wednesday, hundreds of Syrians organized a stand in front of the media center of the of international conference on Syria in Montruex city, supporting their homeland in the face of the conspiracy of western, Arab and regional countries.
