A car bomb explosion hit a hospital on Syria's border with Turkey Sunday, killing one person and wounding several others, said a monitoring group.
"One person was killed and 15 others wounded in a car bomb attack in the parking lot of the Orient hospital," near theborder town of Atmeh, said the opposing UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
A Turkish official confirmed the report, and said 10 people were then taken to hospital in the Turkish border town of Reyhanli.
A militant activist said "everyone is accusing the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL)."
It is worth noting that the area has seen fierce clashes between ISIL and the other terrorist groups, including mainly the Islamic Front.
