Judge Sakr Sakr, on Monday pressed charges against Naim Abbas, a Kataeb Azzam member, a woman and 19 others as being accused of preparing for terrorist actions through bringing explosives-laden cars from Syria.
The Government Commissioner to Military Court, Judge Sakr Sakr, on Monday pressed charges against Naim Abbas, a Kataeb Azzam member, a woman and 19 others as being accused of preparing for terrorist actions through bringing explosives-laden cars from Syria to target Lebanese residential areas.
Abbas was accused of carrying out two terrorist operations against Haret Hreik region. His case was referred by Sakr to the military investigation judge Nabil Wehbe, while the 20 others were referred to the military judge Riad Abu Ghida.
