The Palestinian sources said Israeli occupation soldiers raided the camp in the northern West Bank city to arrest Hamza Abu Alheja, 20, a member of the military wing of Hamas resistance movement, the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades.

Fire was exchanged, and "other fighters gathered around the house" to help Alheja, including Mohammad Abu Zena, 19, an Islamic Jihad resistance fighter who was martyred along with Alheja, the medical and security sources said.

A civilian named as Yazan Jabarin was also martyred during the fighting, the Palestinians said.

The Israeli army confirmed the attack, but claimed that four Palestinians were martyred.

Later, the Israeli occupation troops arrested 4 Palestinians in Jerusalem while oppressing a protest against the Zionist massacre in Jinin camp.
