"I am glad that the operation is proceeding smoothly. We believe that the timeline will be observed and everything will be removed from Syria by mid 2014," Lavrov said at a meeting with Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Director General Ahmet Uzumcu in The Hague on Monday.
