The 15-kilogram high explosive charge was placed inside a cooking gas bottle, with the military cordoning off the sector in order to mount further combing operations.
The army also intensified the deployment of its units in Arsal after yesterday's terrorist explosion which targeted one of the military checkpoints on the outskirts of the town.
The explosives, used in the terrorist attack, were estimated by the military experts to weigh 100 Kg.
A suicide bombing targeted last night one of the bordering military checkpoints in Arsal, leaving three soldiers martyred and four others wounded.
