As the Lebanese army intelligence arrested on Wednesday the terrorist Mohammad Qassem in Arsal, security sources revealed that he was the logistic commander and the funder of the car-bomb attacks which targeted Bekaa and Dahiyeh.
The security sources said that Qassem, who was arrested with 7 other Syrians, used to move the financial support from certain Arab countries to the terrorist gangs which, in turn, purchase the stolen cars.
"Qassem then moves the cars to be loaded with explosives before he sends them to either Dahiyeh or Hermel."
