"A new shipment was delivered Tuesday in Latakia port which increases to 86.5% what has been handed over until now of the chemical weapons," a statement by OPCW said.
Ahmet Uzumcu, Director General of OPCW affirmed that the chemical weapons were immediately unloaded to ships and got out of the country, describing the last shipment as "encouraging."
