Militants from the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant stormed into a church and kidnapped two priests and a nun east of the city of Mosul (400 km north of Baghdad), eyewitnesses reported.
The witnesses told the German news agency that gunmen belonging to the ISIL stormed the nuns’ church in the Al-Ikhaa region, east of Mosul, detained workers and kidnapped a nun and two priests and took them away to an unknown destination.
