The reporter added that the Lebanese army continued Wednesday its operations in the area, intensifying the deployment of its troops.

NNA on Wednesday reported that an agreement among Muslim Scholars, Arsal mayors and dignitaries, and the terrorists has taken effect at Ismail mosque in Arsal, over ending up all features of armament in the village and the withdrawal of all militants from Arsal.

The agreement has been concluded with the release of three military hostages.

It is worth noting that the infightings among the different terrorist groups intensified as they have different approaches concerning the withdrawal from Arsal.

In this regard, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant killed dozens of Nusra militants as they were trying to withdraw and head towards Arsal barrens.
