Russia foreign minister Sergey Lavrov said that using the rhetoric of sanctions, warnings and compulsions to address Moscow is unacceptable, calling on the Ukrainian government to halt the "military game" and to abandon the notion of surpassing its internal crisis through overcoming its people.
Lavrov added that Russia seeks peace in Ukraine through a national dialogue which includes all the political factions.
The Russian top diplomat stressed that settling the crises cannot be attained through one-sided sanctions which contradict with the international law.
Lavrov pointed out that Russia insists on trying the Ukrainian officials who are responsible for murdering the civilians last February.
Lavrov also described that the humanitarian situation in the provinces of Donetsk and Lugansk as catastrophic, asking Kiev to allow the entrance of the aids convoys.
