The Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) clashed on Friday with three armed men driving an SUV at Wadi Homeid checkpoint in Arsal, NNA field correspondent reported.

The Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) clashed on Friday with three armed men driving an SUV at Wadi Homeid checkpoint in Arsal, NNA reported.

Two of the men were apprehended, both from the town of Arsal. One of the culprits belonged to Amoun family while the other to Ezzedine family. The third culprit escaped to the outskirts of Anti-Lebanon Mountains.

The LAF confiscated the vehicle and discovered military gear and arms inside it.
