The Syrian army advanced towards the northern side of Tufail in Qalamoun and carried out a special operation, destroying five car bombs, confiscating three tons of explosive materials and detecting a factory which manufactures bombs and shells.

A Syrian military source mentioned that the factory had sandy ways to the Lebanese town of Brital, adding that this security achievement is the most prominent since detecting similar factories in Yabroud.
