Chairman of Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi underlined that the removal of all sanctions against Tehran is a necessary component of any final deal with the world powers.

"The recent US sanctions against Iran have increased distrust between the two sides (Iran and the Group 5+1 - the US, Russia, China, Britain and France plus Germany) and the G5+1 should show its sincere and persistent commitment to the Geneva agreement in practice," Boroujerdi said during the meeting in the Northeastern city of Mashhad on Sunday with Danish Foreign Minister Martin Lidegaard.

"The removal of sanctions is a necessity for any agreement," he added.

For his part, Lidegaard underlined his country's enthusiasm for opening a new chapter in the relations with Tehran in all fields, especially in economic and parliamentary arenas, and said, "Many Danish companies are ready to come to the Iranian market."

On Friday, Washington imposed sanctions on over 25 individuals and companies, including shipping firms, oil companies, airlines and six banks over alleged links with Iran.
