A blast at a bus stop in central Istanbul left seven people injured

A blast at a bus stop in central Istanbul left seven people injured on Thursday, a witness told a TV news channel CNNTurk.
  
He told the news channel he saw at least seven people lying on the ground following the blast in central Etiler neighborhood. Many ambulances, police units and fire engines were sent to the area, according to another TV report.
  
NTV news channel said police suspected the blast had been caused by a bomb and evacuated the area while searching the area for more potential explosive devices.

A witness working in a nearby shopping center told NTV that the blast caused no material damage in nearby buildings. "Even the windows remain intact," Berna Ozdemir said. TV footage showed one woman being carried to an ambulance after the blast.
