Protesting what they called "the governmental failure to end the crisis of their sons", the families of the kidnapped soldiers decided to continue blocking the Dahr al-Baydar road, adding that they might even "escalate their acts in a manner that could possibly jeopardize their lives."
The protesters noted that their movements are open-ended, stressing that the road will remain blocked until further notice.
The relatives of the abducted soldiers have been staging sit-ins and blocking roads in order to urge for the release of their loved ones abducted by ISIL and Nusra Front on Arsal barrens.
