Witnesses said nationalist militia from the hilltown of Zintan, southwest of Tripoli, attacked the neighboring town of Kekla which supports their extremist-led Fajr Libya (Libya Dawn) rivals.
The clashes on Saturday and Sunday left 21 people dead and more than 60 wounded, officials at a local hospital said.
