Military Magistrate Fadi Sawan on Tuesday issued an indictment against fugitive Sheikh Mustafa Hussein Hujairi on the offense of belonging to an armed terrorist organization (Nusra Front) seeking to carry out terrorist acts.

Military Magistrate Fadi Sawan on Tuesday issued an indictment against fugitive Sheikh Mustafa Hussein Hujairi on the offense of belonging to an armed terrorist organization (Nusra Front) seeking to carry out terrorist acts.

Sawwan also issued an arrest warrant against him and referred him to the Permanent Military Court for trial.

It is worth noting that Hujairi has led several attacks against the Lebanese army, including Arsal terrorist offensive which ended in kidnapping over 20 soldiers and policemen.
