The arrested terrorist, Ahmed Selim Mikati, dubbed as "Abu Bakr" and "Abi Huda" and one of the most important cadres of the "ISIL" terrorist organization, was handed over to the military judiciary on Thursday, NNA reported.

Government Commissioner to the Military Court, Judge Saqr Saqr, filed a lawsuit against Ahmed Mikati, the prisoner Fayez Othman, the arrested person Ahmed Al-Ahmad and fifteen other escapees, on charges of belonging to an armed terrorist organization.
The arrested persons aimed to carry out terrorist acts and form armed groups for this purpose, as well as recruitment of people working for the benefit of said Organization and training on the use of weapons and explosives.
They also planned to occupy the villages of Ason, Bakhoun, Bakaasfrin and Sir Dinieh in the region of Dinieh, in the aim of establishing an emirate for the terrorist organization, in addition to involvement in security operations against the army and stirring sedition and sectarian strife, as well as possessing weapons and explosives.
