First Military Investigative Judge, Riad Abu Ghaida, on Friday issued an indictment against 28 individuals of Lebanese, Syrian, Saudi and French nationalities, involved in terrorist crimes committed lately in different regions of Beirut.
The indicted are accused of belonging to an armed terrorist group (ISIS), detaining bombs and explosives, and training individuals to carry out terrorist acts.
