Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow is not concerned with encountering the West, expressing hopes that the two sides surpass the recent tensions.

Lavrov told Interfax news agency that Russia is ready to cooperate with all the countries, stressing that none has been able to subject Moscow's will to serve its interests. 

The Russian top diplomat called on the West to establish an military, economic, scientific and technological cooperation in order to face the world crises.
