In Damascus countryside, the army destroyed dens and gatherings of terrorists and killed many of them, among them mercenaries from Chechnya and Saudi Arabia, in Eastern al-Ghouta.
SANA field reporter said units of the army remarkably advanced on the southern-eastern side of Joubar, establishing control on a number of buildings after fierce clashes with terrorists, killing many of them.
Meanwhile, the army destroyed one of the terrorist dens in Erbin during a special operation, killing a number of mercenaries. Mohammad Akbar Azmir and Ahmad Mojahed and Anwar Baidoun were identified among the dead terrorists.
In Zibdeen village, the Army killed a number of terrorists, among them Abdullah al-Etifan from Saudi Arabia.
Scores of terrorists were also killed while many others were injured in a military operation against their gatherings and hideouts in Jaroud al-Qalamoun in Damascus Countryside.
In Hasaka, army units thwarted terrorists from the so-called 'Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant' (ISIL) terrorist group who had attempted to infiltrate Tal Ahmadi area in the southern countryside of Qamishli, Hasaka province, killing a number of them including some of Tunisian nationality.
On the other hand, army engineering units dismantled 5 explosive devices, each weighing 50 kg, filled with TNT, and rigged for remote detonation, which were planted by terrorists near Tal Ghazal area 45 km southeast of Qamishli city.
In Deir Ezzor, an army unit destroyed hideouts and gatherings of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) organization in the vicinity of Deir Ezzor Airport, killing and injuring a number of them.
Meanwhile, a military source told SANA that the army killed 11 terrorists of ISIL organization, destroying 6 armored vehicles in al-Ziraa, Bu Omar, al-Khareta and Ayash regions in Deir Ezzor and countryside.
The source added that the army killed many members of ISIL terrorist organization in al-Jbeleh, al-Rishdiya, al-Hweka, al-Rasafa, al-Sinaa in Deir Ezzor, some of them of foreign nationalities.
Bilal Abu Jihad , Saddam Abdul-Wahab and Ibrahim Abdul-Minim were identified among the dead terrorists.
In Idlib, units of the army and armed forces destroyed a number of terrorists’ vehicles, some of them equipped with heavy machineguns and communications equipment, killing a number of them in the area surrounding the villages of Kansafrah and Kafer Lata in the countryside of Idlib province, a military source told SANA.
Meanwhile, other army units destroyed a warehouse for terrorists’ weapons and ammunition, killing scores of terrorists in the areas of Abu al-Dohour, Khan Sheikhoun, al-Taman’a, al-Habbit, Kafer Owaiyed, Filon, Deir Sunbul, al-Mouteh, al-Baraghiti and Serjeh in the countryside.
A military source told SANA that the army destroyed dens of terrorists and killed a number of them in al-Houda and Kara al-Ghazal in Idlib countryside.
In Daraa, units of the army and armed forces killed a number of terrorists and destroyed 3 mortar launchers and a homemade rocket launcher called ”Jahannam Cannon” near al-Abbasiyyeh cemetery in Daraa al-Balad in the southern province .
Other army units destroyed a hideout for the terrorist organizations’ leaders surrounding al-Akhdar Mosque in Atman town in Daraa countryside, killing a number of terrorists to the east of the electricity company in al-Manshiyeh neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad.
Later, a military source told SANA that the army destroyed dens for terrorists and killed many of them in Daraa al-Mahata and in Ataman in Daraa countryside.
In Homs, units of the armed forces killed and injured a number of terrorists in al-Tafha, surrounding al-Qibab rest house in al-Taibeh and in the vicinity of al-Shaer oil wells in the countryside of the central province.
In Hama, a number of terrorists were killed as the army targeted their gatherings in Aqirbat,al-Zakat, Kafer Zaita, Hasraya, Allatamneh, and Atshan villages in the countryside of the central province.
