In Idlib, army units killed many members of terrorist organizations on Idlib-Ein Sheib and in the areas of Martamsarin, Abu al-Duhour, Tal Salmo and Um Jerin in the countryside.
More terrorists’ vehicles, some of which equipped with heavy machine guns, were destroyed by army units in Armanaz, al-Hbeit and Talaas in the countryside of Idlib, while the terrorists using the vehicles were killed.
In Homs, army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, killed tens of terrorists, some of them are non-Syrian, in the area around Jazal gas field in the countryside of the central Homs province.
The army also targeted gatherings of terrorists in the hill of al-Msheirfeh al-Janoubiyeh and al-Wudeihi and killed a number of ISIS terrorists around al-Shaer gas field in the eastern countryside.
In Quneitra, more terrorists were killed and others were wounded during army operations in Mas’hara in the countryside of Quneitra province in southern Syria.
In Daraa, in the course of military operations in the southern Daraa province, units of the army and armed forces destroyed caches containing weapons and ammunition and killed many terrorists in Kafr Nasij, Aqraba, al-Teiheh, al-Sheikh Miskeen, al-Fqei’, Ibta, Samlin and Zamrin in the countryside.
Other army units targeted more hideouts for terrorists in the areas of Tafas, Atman, al-Nueimeh, Kafr Shams and Jassem in the countryside of Daraa and in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood in the city.
More terrorists were killed and their vehicles were destroyed in al-Lajat area in the countryside.
In Aleppo, several of terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts were destroyed by army units in the northern Aleppo province in the areas of al-Rashideen neighborhood, Old City, al-Ameriyeh, al-Naana’I, Khan al-Assal, Andan, al- Shaar, Bab al-Hadid, al-Malah farms, al-Ramouseh and Salah-Eddin.
The operations also resulted in the destruction of several of the terrorists’ vehicles.
In the northern countryside of Lattakia, army units killed many terrorists after targeting their gatherings and hideouts in Salma, Kafr Delba, Marj Khoukheh, al-Kert, Dweirkieyh, al-Mreij.
The army also destroyed a cache with all weapons and ammunition inside it in Tertiah area.
Syria was hit by a violent unrest since mid-March 2011, where the western media reports accuse countries, mainly the USA, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar of orchestrating the civil conflict in the country and providing terrorist groups with money, weapons and trained mercenaries.
On May 2011, Syrian army launched a wide-scale operation against armed groups and gunmen operating in the country, who started to escape the army blows and infiltrate illegally to Lebanon.
