The Syrian army killed tens of terrorists in heavy clashes in different parts of Syria, the Syrian Human Rights Observatory announced on Saturday, while dozens more were killed in infighting among rival terrorist groups, FNA reported.
"A sum of 99 militants from different terrorist groups were killed across Syria on Friday," the Arabic-language Al-Ahd news website said citing a statement by the observatory.
Meantime, tens of ISIL terrorists were killed or held captive during the clashes among rival terrorist groups in Aleppo countryside in Northern Syria on Friday.
The clashes between the ISIL and other terrorist groups took place in Souran region in the Northern parts of Aleppo province.
