In a phone call they stressed the importance of immediately ending combat operations in Donbass, according to Russia’s Foreign Ministry.
The ministers called for reaching more agreement on “ensuring the ceasefire regime, solving humanitarian issues and launching the political process by developing a direct and stable dialogue of Kiev with Donetsk and Lugansk.”
