Zarif to Fly to Vienna Friday for Nuclear Talks

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will fly to Vienna on Friday evening from Tehran to join nuclear talks between Iran and world powers

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will fly to Vienna on Friday evening from Tehran to join nuclear talks between Iran and world powers, Iran’s ISNA news agency reported on Thursday.

Zarif"The head of Iran's nuclear delegation will depart for Vienna on Friday evening to join the negotiating team," ISNA said.

Zarif plans to join the talks on Saturday, ISNA added. "On Saturday morning, he will join his deputies who are at the talks drafting the text of a comprehensive agreement," the official IRNA news agency reported on Thursday.

Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei rejected on Tuesday conditional removal of anti-Iran sanctions, stressing that Tehran will neither agree with a 10-year-long restriction on its nuclear activities nor the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) verification of its undertakings as acceptable terms for a deal with the world powers.
