Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said speaking about a ready text or a ready nuclear deal at this moment is not true, but there is a tendency for everyone to make it in the days remaining, and perhaps before the 7th of July.

In an interview with Al-Manar TV and the Russian press, Ryabkov disclosed that 91% of the text has been completed, but stressed that this has nothing to do with the priority contents.

He noted that the application of the Additional Protocol allows access to any nuclear site in Iran, but after proving by evidence the need to monitor the location or to enter into it and take samples, and after getting the Iranian approval.

The Russian diplomat revealed that re-activating sanctions will be included in the text of the agreement, but will be guaranteed by a Security Council vote.

He stressed that the agreement makes Iran to play a constructive role in the regional crises like Yemen, Syria and others.

"Iran is a neighbor of Russia and the agreement permits the development of Russian-Iranian cooperation on more than one level," Ryabkov underlined.

Iran and world powers are seeking to sign a final deal on the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program. On Wednesday Iran and the P5+1 extended their deadline until July 7 to agree a deal in talks in Vienna.
