Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah will deliver a televised speech Tuesday 5:30 p.m. (14:30 GMT), during the second ceremony organized by the Martyr Association for the graduation of martyr’s sons and daughters who became self-reliant.

The ceremony will be held in Shahed Educational Complex in the Southern Suburb of Beirut.
