The Emirati President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a cable to President Hassan Rouhani of the Islamic Republic of Iran, congratulating him on the historic nuclear agreement signed today in Vienna between Iran and the P5+1 group, WAM reported.

Sheikh khalifa expressed hope that the agreement will contribute to regional security and stability.

Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, sent similar cables to the Iranian President. 

Spokesman for Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi underlined that the nuclear sum-up agreement signed Tuesday will be "a catalyst for regional stability".

German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Tuesday labeled the Iranian nuclear accord an important diplomatic success.

The result is an important success of tenacious politics and international diplomacy, Merkel was quoted saying in a press statement.

She expressed hope that the Iranian deal would further boost security in the region and beyond.

Merkel urged all sides to swiftly implement the nuclear accord within the agreed time-table.

Turkey's Prime Minister Ahmed Davutoglu wished that Iran's nuclear agreement could have taken place years ago, so region hadn't faced tensions.

South Korean foreign ministry issued a statement on Tuesday to hail nuclear deal between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Group 5+1, and said the deal plays vital role in restoring peace and stability in the world.

Foreign ministers from Iran and major powers have signed on Tuesday the final agreement regarding the nuclear program of the Islamic Republic in a win-win deal for both sides.
