The Zionist troops have shot and injured a Palestinian man twice in the hand on Saturday near the village of Beit Ur al-Tahta west of Ramallah, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in a report to Ma'an.
An occupation army spokesperson told Ma'an that Zionist forces shot the Palestinian after he allegedly stabbed and lightly injured a soldier on Route 443.
PRCS said an ambulance was sent to aid the Palestinian man, who is currently in Zionist custody. According to witnesses large numbers of occupation military vehicles arrived in the area after the shooting.
The incident followed the killing of another Palestinian who was shot dead after his alleged involvement in a stabbing attack that left a Zionist settler lightly wounded.
Anas Muntaser Taha, 20, from the village of Qutna northwest of Jerusalem, was killed when Zionist forces opened fire "to prevent the suspect from escaping," an army spokesperson said.
